CEAT Outreach Program
The CEAT Center is sponsored by two major sources, the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Through the partnerships, the Center is able to collaborate on common research goals and complementary outreach programs. The Center’s outreach program includes projects for the OMP and the FAA. Priorities for the outreach program include the advancement of traditionally underrepresented groups in engineering and construction; improved educational opportunities that draw students to technical career paths; internship programs that expose students to vocational, professional and entrepreneurial opportunities; and communication with the public.
